Process optimising
In the program “Process Optimising” counters and speed potentiometers are replaced by an input and display terminal (OP), which is directly connected to the SPS (SIMATIC S7). This contains an optimising program, which, by means of the operating parameter sulphur content, iron temperature and treatment weight, calculates the most advantageous treatment speed and required wire length respectively. This makes precise treatment results at minimum wire use possible.

The small, sturdy and equally powerful wire injection machine TRIMMASTER® 3 133 enables the adding of cored and solid wire into the melt in a reliable and economic manner. Small space requirement, a design adapted to heat operation, simple operation and service-friendliness are typical construction features of all ODERMATH machines. The machine concept, which consciously has been kept simple, can be integrated into automatic production processes at any level of complexity.
